All downloads fail on iOS

It's not just this website. It's every file I've tried to download for the past week plus.

For me this happens when I have set the iCloud drive downloads folder as the destination. After some unknown amount of time passes eventually downloads start failing. I can fix this temporarily if I select the same iCloud drive downloads folder again in Orion settings.

My iCloud downloads folder is not configured to remain permanently downloaded on my iPhone.

denleschae THANK YOU all of my downloads have been failing for like a month and reselecting my downloads folder finally fixed it

Hmmm I had my local Downloads folder selected. I tried re-selecting it and it fixed the issue. Maybe the reference to the folder goes stale somehow?

This was happening to me too, but I had a folder inside the iOS download folder set as my default folder. All downloads failed.

I selected the Orion folder and then I could download files again. I set it back to the folder inside the downloads folder on my iPhone and it's still working. Not sure what caused this, but luckily it's working again.

I updated to 1.3.21(1) and the first thing I did was reinstall an extension that needed updating and the download failed. I reselected my downloads folder and the extension installation worked. I suspect that each time Orion updates it forgets the downloads folder which causes the failures.

denleschae actually, come to think of it, I also had updated Orion when all my downloads started to fail. I think you're right that it forgets the path of the selected downloads' folder.

I was having this issue as well. I reselected the Downloads folder in the settings and files are downloading properly now.

Orion 1.3.22(1) came out today and just like before downloads began failing again. I can tie upgrades directly to the failures. I experimented with downgrading and downloads continue to work. It’s always something with a new version that causes the failures until the downloads folder is set once again.

I tried few upgrade scenarios and it seems to work fine for me

Michal Yes, I am presently getting the about:blank page when downloading a file from a website. I haven't reset my downloads folder as of the 1.3.22(1) update. From another angle if I try downloading a browser extension I get this error. Note that the only browser extension I have enabled is Sink It for Reddit (disabling it has no effect).
