Safe mode moved extension icon

Steps

1. Install extension with tab bar icon and move it to the left
   
2. Close Orion
3. Go to launcher and start Orion in safe mode
4. Quit safe mode Orion
5. Open Orion normally, the extension icon is moved to the right
   

Safe mode should not change any normal settings.
