I just updated to MacOS 15.4. When attempting to start Orion, it crashes immediately. It looks like it might be related to the Mac Passwords app extension. I'm trying to figure out how to disable extensions so that I can launch Orion to get past this.
Anyone else seeing this?
I would expect Orion to launch normally or, worst case, launch with extensions disabled.

I just upgraded and am having no issues.
Running Version 0.99.132-rc (WebKit 621.1.2.111.4)

For my part, it appeared to be specific to an extension for using Apple Passwords instead of the Orion keychain. I can't recall whether it was the Firefox extension of the chrome extension for Passwords integration. I wound up digging around in $HOME/Library/Application Support/Orion/Defaults/Extensions and then deleting the offending extension. Once I did so, Orion fired up nicely.
A crash report in the console for PasswordManagerBrowserExtensionHelper is what tipped me off about the possibility of it being this extension.
