There is path encoded text on tabs for search queries on Kagi.
To be a normal text without “%20”

It seems that this fix has been pushed to the iOS app store: Just installed it and I have to report that it sadly seems to be a partial fix.
The tab-title in grid/overview mode does seem to decode %20 back to proper spaces, but the kagi search page itself is still showing the original search (and the url bar) encoded (with %20 instead of spaces).
Note: This is reproducible by (1) doing a search with spaces, (2) closing/killing Orion and (3) reopening Orion + reopen the search tab.
1: seach
2: search page after killing orion
3: grid after killing orion
Sorry, edit to add version:
1.3.20 (6) (WebKit 8621.1.15.10.7)
@Gavro, I also noticed the same issue.
Probably you can create another ticket for visibility?
