When a link opens in a new tab, it always spawns at the bottom of the list. I don't love that, but if it is the desired behavior then closing that tab should at least take me back to the the which spawned it—instead it takes me to the new bottom-most tab, breaking my context.

Closing a tab which was just spawned from another tab should navigate back to the parent.

There is already a setting to switch tabs based on recency instead of order. Do you think extending that option to include closing tabs would solve your problem?

        asan102 Ah, we’re talking mobile. I see.

Then yes, the behavior you outlined makes sense 🙂

Hi asan102, thank you for taking the time to report this bug!

I can't reproduce the issue in 1.3.17 (3). The tabs act as your desired behaviour, i.e. opening next to the parent, and when navigating back, they close and re-focus the parent tab.
Would you be able to get the latest build from the App Store (version 1.3.20 (6)) and try again?
Do you have any extensions installed that may intefere with tab management?

Thank you for your help in making Orion a better browser!
