WebExtension API coverage should be submitted/maintained in MDN's browser-compat-data database

This was suggested by the author of Tridactyl as a path towards getting more support from a variety of extension authors:

https://github.com/mdn/browser-compat-data/tree/main/browsers

This data is used both on the MDN website, as well as by linting tools when developing extensions.

This isn't soemthing that orion devs are able to maintain. it's all done automatically by one of their scripts, and they likely won't approve orion, as orion is a very niche browser. the only ones supported are extremely mainstream.
