In vertical tab mode, please add a feature where user can choose to locate the toolbar on top (original) or together on the sidebar.
Personally I don't think having sidebar & toolbar on top is the best approach in vertical tab mode.
Sidebar button doesn't need to be there as spaces section already represents the same thing, and new tab button is already there. So, the only buttons that have to be shown are < > page buttons, url, and overflow menu buttons, and some extra buttons that specific users want. This should be very doable in the sidebar.
I really like using the new focus mode that enables sidebar auto show on mouse hover, but the toolbar auto show is getting a little bit clumbersome. Having those two combined in the sidebar would enable much smoother experience overall by removing duplicated buttons. Also reducing the chance of bug that currently happens where toolbar is not showing even on mouse hover in focus mode.
In vertical tab mode, right now users have to enable focus mode, in order to hide the toolbar on the top.
However, this is the same with normal vertical tab mode with sidebar hidden.
It seems to me that focus mode just hides toolbar, which causes redundancies and bugs of auto showing toolbar. It makes more sense to me to move toolbar to sidebar instead.
Both Arc and Zen browser use this for their vertical tab sidebars.
