When I connect to my banking institution using the latest version of Orion RC I often get Connection Not Secure the broken lock symbol at https://digitalapps.navyfederal.org/signin/v7
When examining the certificate, it says it's valid, yet we see the error.
This is not always the case, some time between different pages it does again.
Banking often have higher security standards than non banking. Some were in their validity check, it fail. Seeing the broken pad lock in the address bar show the smart trust feature has isssue.
