It is possible to get Top address bar’s style on Bottom address bar and vice versa

Reproduction steps

1. Use Top address bar’s style
2. Open the three dots popup
3. Tap on Settings and prepare to drag the tab bar to another tab
4. After tapping on Settings, while there is a small time window, drag the tab bar and hold it
5. Navigate in the settings to Appearance and switch the style of the tab bar
6. Click Done and release the tab bar from holding it
7. Squareee tab barrrr
