When using the horizontal tab bar, clicking on a tab both makes that tab current and highlights it.

However, clicking the "+" button for "new tab" leads to a new tab that is current and not highlighted. Thus, there is no visual indication of which tab is current in this case.

The current tab should always be highlighted no matter of the way in which it became current.
