Refresh loop in ios when using synced tab groups

When using the ios' default tab group, there is no issue.
But when using the synced tab group (e.g. Personal group shared with macbook), it keep refreshes the page around every 1-3 seconds but in a random interval.

To not refresh unless requested..

Another issue here is that the google search is changed to "orion%20browser%20icon" instead of "orion browser icon" when tabs are synced
