Background image despite deactivating it for Orion start page

Background picture is off, Orion still sets a background picture after a while. Issue occurs after activating and browsing several background pictures

To Reproduce:

1. Activate background image
2. Select one and switch to another background image
3. When you still see the image blurred disable background image.
4. After a few seconds a totally different background is set, despite having backgroung off.

I expected no background image being set when the setting is off.
