Steps to reproduce:
Open a new incognito window.
Use the incognito window for any purpose.
Close the incognito window.
Observe the tab in your regular (non-incognito) browser window. It appears to reload, and then the content disappears, leaving the tab completely dark.
Attempting to refresh the dark tab does not restore the content.
It doesn't always reproduce.
The only method to regain the page content is to duplicate the affected tab.
The page shouldn't reload/content shouldn't disappear
