Web drop menu fail - immediate open/close - no interaction possible

Reddit - I can't raise a certain web-based drop-menu on click. It appears & immediately vanishes.

This was fine until the 0.99.131.0.2 beta, on macOS 10.14.6 18G9323

The menu should stay open until selected or dismissed

Bizarrely, this happened all day yesterday, yet today without even a relaunch of the app, nor the computer sleeping overnight… I can't make it fail again. It's behaving as expected.
