Bottom of URL bar cut off when typing

Newest update has a UI glitch where the keyboard overlaps the URL bar.

URL bar should be moved up it seems.

Looks like the latest patch made it worse:
1.3.19 (7). The URL bar is now also cut off without the keyboard present.

Reverting to 1.3.19 (5) for now.
