Some favicons not saving in pinned vertical tabs.

Opening Orion, some pinned tabs don't have favicons. Opening the site to pull the favicon and then closing browser doesn't save it.

Favicons should populate for pinned tabs.

Version 0.99.131.3-rc (WebKit 621.1.2.111.4)
