In text boxes, blinking cursor is missing

I am pretty sure this just ended up happening today with the new build 24E5222f but the cursor is gone. When I click inside a text box, I don't see a blinking cursor. When I type, I don't see it either. I have tried several websites, none of them show the cursor. Not even this feedback site right now...

I expect normally a cursor to blink to show me where it is that my keystrokes will create an effect...

Yannick I see how there are trust issues!

I can't reproduce it because cursor DOES come back whenever it feels like it. I was happy to know it was an Easter egg that I found but I guess a pesky bug in my install?

I'm on Dev Beta for macOS so I'm going to take a blame this time if no one can reproduce this.. maybe it's my macOS? Butttttt no other apps do this, only Orion, so a lil sus.

When typing something on Whatsapp Web switching to another tab and coming back resets the cursor position to the beginning of the text instead of leaving it as is.

Expected the cursor to stay where it was before switching to another tab after returning.

I just had this problem in Orion RC (latest version on M3 Mac running OS 15.4.1), and I've seen it before. It comes and goes, but I can't put my finger on the circumstances that give rise to it. It's not a major thing, although it's quite annoying when it happens.
