Open a ne tab via 'open in a new tab' next to the original tab

1. Have 100 tabs
2. In tab 1 click on something and 'open in a new tab'
3. This new tab is being opened at the end of the list, so there are 99 tabs between them

I expect it to be opened next to the first one. This matches desktop experience.
