Cannot scroll on sidebar

Scrolling with the mouse wheel on the sidebar seems to have stopped working in the last RC version.

Steps to reproduce

Open a lot of tabs on a clean profile
Try to scroll with the mouse wheel

Expected behaviour

The scrolling to work

Hey, we chased this bug around on a developer build and eventually one of the developers was able to reproduce it. It should be fixed in the next release 🙂

It's curious how it's only broken for some people. In my case scrolling with a trackpad worked, but neither of my mice were able to scroll with the wheel.
