Return to original tab button on Youtube PiP window not working

1. Begin any YouTube video
2. Switch to a new tab which will begin PiP
3. Click the "return to original tab" button on the PiP window.
4. Nothing happens.

In Vertical tab layout (not sure if this matters). Youtube is the only website having this problem.

I found this same issue on a previous ticket which was completed.

You should be returned to the tab where the video for PiP originated from and the PiP window should revert to the video playing within the tab itself.
