Various website buttons do not work when they are expected to bring up a file / printer module. For example, on orionfeedback.org, if i click 'Attach an Image/Video' to this ticket, I cannot. Nothing happens, no response.
If you go to https://www.sonoraquest.com/ and try to schedule an appointment and upload your lab work, the button to upload documents does nothing, like orionfeedback.
I additionally just tried to upload those same lab results to mychart.honorhealth.com (which requires an account) and the again "attach" file button is non-responsive.
Print diagog boxes on a variety of websites have a >50% chance of crashing orion completely.
It would seem the bug is around bringing up a module that is not browser based but system based (e.g. print / attach a file)
Am running latest stable version of Orion.
