ICloud keychain Passkey is not working on the Orion Mac

iCloud Keychain Passkey is working fine on iOS but not detecting on a macOS version. Just visit a site you have a passkey stored in iCloud and a website ask a security key instead of saved passkey in iCloud

Every time when I visit In safari or chrome. A website will ask a passkey

Yeah ... Passkey support is only available on macOS 14+ 🙁

Such a pity. Orion thus not usable for me. I am still on Ventura. I wanted to change from Safari to Orion, but logging in to YouTube i am asked for my passkey. No way to copy it from Safari.
So, no Orion for me until I have the money to upgrade my hardware so macOS can be updated to the Tahoe version.
