This issue neither new or specific to the version mentioned. This issue has plagued all Bitwarden extensions (Firefox, Chrome, and Safari variants) since I have used Orion.
Uninstalling and switching to a newer/older version only temporarily solves the issue. The issue always finds a way to come back. There seems to be a large issue with Bitwarden in general with Orion, with it failing to autofill on sites that Brave has no problem with.
Without a working password manager, I cannot use Orion as my daily browser. Me and other users have brought up this issue countless amount of times in the Discord with little to acknowledgement of these exact issues.
This needs to be resolved if you want people to use this browser, period.
