Favicon corruption

Favicon rendering is broken for some websites, and persists through clearing the cache:

The Wikipedia favicon is warped on iOS. See a screenshot of this below.

Favicons appear stretched, but only sometimes. The sites affected are consistent but not all websites have this is. The favicon I used in my screenshots is supposed to be Wikipedia.

I expected the favicons to appear as intended.
