Discord seems to be eating that shift+cmd+up/down.

  1. Create multiple saved windows
  2. Go to discord and click a discord server icon to go to another server and click nothing else
  3. shift+cmd+up/down stop working

It also happens sometimes after typing a message. But the above is most reproducible.

This should not happen.

    Upon further testing, if any text field is active (eg. cursor blinking), then this shortcut will not work. This is not limited to discord. However, ctrl+tab for switching tab has no issue.

      #9510 is cmd+left/right for history/page back/forward.

      This one is for shift+cmd+up/down only. I created suggestion #10768 to change them to shift+control+up/down.
