On an external monitor, settings icons are stretched vertically

On my 16:9 external monitor, the icons for the settings page are stretched vertically. This does not happen on my Mac's built-in display.

Icons should appear like this:

What is the resolution of the external monitor?

It is possible external monitor native resolution is not being used.

Yannick External monitor is at 2560x1440 (native), built-in display is at 1710x1112 (Macbook Air M3, 13")

jyn_weythek I've not been able to reproduce this on an external display at any 16:9 resolution so far.

Does this still happen for you at lower 16:9 resolutions? (1920 × 1080, etc)
Is this only happening in Orion settings, or are you seeing the same issue for other app settings?

hud Done some more digging!

It only shows up if you open the app while both the built-in display is open and the external monitor is active. If you start the app while the laptop lid is shut, then open it, it's fine on both.

This does happen at lower 16:9 resolutions
It's happening in Apple's Mail.app too! But not Safari. I've spotted it in iA Writer too. So I'm guessing it's a bug in one of Apple's frameworks, rather than Orion-specific.

thanks for the extra info jyn_weythek! Very interesting, and yes looks like this is definitely happening at the OS-level as opposed to Orion.
