Payment verification on Amazon UK fails

I am using Orion Version 0.99.131.0.1-beta on macOS 15.3.1.

I am unable to complete purchases on Amazon.co.uk in Orion. When I click on the "pay now" button on the Amazon purchase page, Orion downloads what appears to be an empty file called "third-party-redirect" and the payment fails. This has happened several times and only happens with Orion - I can successfully make purchases using Safari and Brave.

Clicking on the "pay now" button on Amazon should either complete the payment successful or go to a payment verification page.

Could you try with Compatibility Mode enabled please @byword ?

Hi - as requested, I tried the Amazon UK website with Compatibility Mode enabled.

This time when I pressed the "Buy now" button, Orion downloaded again an empty file called "third-party-redirect" and again I was not redirected to a confirmation page or a payment verification page.

However, this time the payment went through - but I only became aware of this when I received a push notification from my bank.
