When visiting https://soranews24.com, the initial visible section of the page loads quickly. However, upon scrolling down, the rest of the page loads very slowly. This happens even when the full page is cached (i.e. visited before, scrolled to the bottom of the page). If you scroll down quick enough and repeatedly, the browser slightly locks up for a few seconds while the visible section loads.
This happens even in a new clean profile (no extensions or customizations). The issue still occurs in Compatability mode also.
Does not happen in Safari, the full page loads almost instantly on a high speed connection.
