Inoreader is a RSS feed reader, and it has an extension that allows me to save pages in my "read later" list.
Thanks to the Orion team, the extension is now working 
But I noticed a bug, I am not 100% sure how to replicate it but here is how I think it happened:
- I was on News Article 1 page
- I have clicked on the Inoreader extension to see if it was now working
- Closed the tab and later on went to News Article 2 page
- I wanted to save that page to my Read Later but the extension saved News Article 1 instead
- Since then I can only save News Article 1 page and no other page
