Privacy pass is the only setting exclusively available through the three-dot-menu-item. This limits the usefulness of the feature you implemented in https://orionfeedback.org/d/8476-option-to-replace-toolbar-menu-with-settings.

I would love to see the privacy pass setting somewhere more accessible, like preferences/setting, page settings, gestures, menu item, etc.

Of these, placing it in search preferences makes the most sense to me if the main purpose is to set it and forget it. Alternatively, if the intention is for users to be frequently toggling this setting, a gesture would be more intuitive.

    artemvmin we are treating Privacy Pass as any other extension, so it's the best suitable place for now, as all the extensions also appears there.

    However we can think about having all the extensions (including privacy pass) to be available to the toolbar items in future, as moving specific item there will not make much sense, so should be a complete functionality I can imagine.
