Manage subscription button should open page directly

Currently, clicking the Manage Subscription button in Plus settings will pop-up a context menu, which in-turn can open the Kagi setting/account page.

However, that is confusing as the single-option context menu look like a tool-tips.

The Manage Subscription button should open Kagi setting page directly.

Yes, it's currently a very bad experience, @JSiuDev.
The public release will feature a nice and smooth onboarding process, along with the option to pay with Apple Pay 🎉
