When opening a new tab in focus mode, cannot use cmd L to write on searchbar

Hi, I would like to report this bug that boggles my mind

Steps to reproduce:

Expected behavior:
You should be able to write in the searchbar

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Ventura 13.1, Macbook Pro 2018, Version 0.99.121.1-beta (WebKit 614.1.20)

Context
I like to use focus mode a lot, but I often want to create a new search or open a new link, and in focus mode I cannot do that.

Ok I see, address bar works for the current tab but does not work for the new tab.
